Why a condo over a house? My life style and career have me on the constant go so I like my home to feel like a five star resort. I don’t want to be worried with maintenance or household chores. The condo makes everything easy.
What made you choose your building? The view, the pool, and the location is great.
Why do you love it?My love for this place is because it is so easy to live here, plus it is built and customized for me.

What is you favorite feature?Favorite feature is the ability to easily entertain a group of six to eight people
What are some of the tech savvy implementations? Motorized shades in master, iphone & ipad control music, video lights, shades and air conditioning – all connected through any easy to use app (savant). I love to play pandora all day at a low volume throughout my house – favorite channels: The Jeff Healy band, The Black Keys, Pink Floyd
What is your favorite room? Why? The kitchen because I love to eat and drink, and with the view I like it even more.
How do you want your home to feel? Inviting / organized / clean / comfortable. I want it to feel like a contemporary hotel in California with a sense of permanence, nothing trendy.
What is the best part of coming home at night? The ability to relax and rest in a soothing environment with great view.
